Montreal Kirtan is Growing!
I am proud to say that our Montreal Kirtan Group is slowly growing into a beautiful community of like-minded people sharing the love for yoga of sound, called Kirtan.
Kirtan, being an ancient Indian yoga practise, is fairly new here in Montreal but slowly the “buzz” is catching on.
If someone would have told me that I would be leading a “yoga of sound” practise, 5 years ago, I would have not believed it. Introduced to mantra chanting in India, 5 years ago, I can admit that I have found my musical voice and home. I am so excited to play a part of this beautiful tradition.
