New "Yoga Voice" Workshop , meditation, Kirtan, and retreat dates !

NEW EVENTS FOR LEA , ALL ARE WELCOME, JUST BRING AN OPEN HEART!

I would like to announce the new dates and events that are coming up regarding my yoga retreat, meditation ,Yoga Voice workshop, AND I am leading my first Kirtan ! I am so excited !

What is a Kirtan?   Kirtan is a form of "Bhakti"  (yoga of devotion ) where we use our voice to express, chant mantras or the yoga of sound. Mantras are words/ sanskrit texts that are repeated until they become integrated in your mind and/or subconsciousness thus bringing out inner peace and wonderful vibration within us.
